If you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately so we can address the issue.

Refunds or Redo Service

If the issue is due to our error (e.g., not cleaned properly), we will rewash your laundry at no additional cost.

Refunds will be provided only if we cannot resolve the issue through a redo.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the same payment method used.
No Refunds For:

Damage caused by items left in pockets.

Pre-existing stains or damage.

Laundry collected after the advised pickup date without prior notice.
To request a refund or redo, please contact us within 24 hours of collecting your laundry.
