Refund Policy

We aim to provide the highest quality laundry service.

 

If you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately so we can address the issue.

Refunds or Redo Service

  • If the issue is due to our error (e.g., not cleaned properly), we will rewash your laundry at no additional cost.

  • Refunds will be provided only if we cannot resolve the issue through a redo.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the same payment method used.

 

No Refunds For:

​​

  • Damage caused by items left in pockets.

  • Pre-existing stains or damage.

  • Laundry collected after the advised pickup date without prior notice.

 

To request a refund or redo, please contact us within 24 hours of collecting your laundry.
