Services Provided

 

We offer full-service laundry (wash, dry, fold, and packaging) and self-service laundry. Prices are as displayed at our premises.

Customer Responsibilities

​

• Check your pockets before handing over clothes. We are not responsible for items left in laundry (e.g., money, keys, valuables).

• Clearly label any special care items or instructions.

• Pick up your laundry within 7 days of completion to avoid storage fees.

 

Liability

While we take great care with your laundry, we are not liable for:

• Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or fading.

• Damage to items without care labels or with incorrect labels.

• Loss or damage due to force majeure events (e.g., floods, fires, power outages).

 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service or upon collection, as agreed.
